Q: Any size restrictions on RVs at Lakeland?
Answer: We proudly boast some of the largest sites in Dallas, McKinney, Rockwall and all RV Parks in North Dallas Texas . All of our sites are large enough to accommodate just about any park model rv, travel trailer, Class A, B and C.
Q: Age restrictions on RVs at Lakeland?
Answer: Lakeland Rv Ranch works to be one of the friendliness RV Parks in Dallas, McKinney, and Rockwall area. We accept most RVs manufactured within the last 10 years as long as they are without blemish and in good repair. If you have an RV, travel trailer or park model rv that is older than 10 years, we will happy to review it on a case by case basis. Give us a call and text us pics of all four sides to us. We will have our committee review the pics and get right back with you.
Q: How much does electricity cost at Lakeland?
Answer: We have worked hard to negotiate the lowest rates on electricity as we can. Our sites are individually metered and your electrical bills is based on usage you consume. This can vary greatly on your RV, Travel Trailer or park model rv. We bill electricity at $0.11 per KW/H consumed.
Q: Are children allowed at the park?
Answer: Absolutely! Lakeland is a fun place for kids of all ages! We are frequently told we are the most peaceful yet fun RV parks in the Dallas, Texas area.
Q: Does Lakeland rent out RVs / Cabins?
Answer: We currently have a Tiny Home Cabin and RV Camper that we have listed on AirBnB.

Answer: Basic internet (free) data cap = 2.5mbp/s

Q: How far is the nearest lake?
Answer: Lake Lavon is east of McKinney, North of Dallas and Southwest of Rockwall. The (public use) Lakeland Park and boat ramp is about 1/3rd of a mile away.
