Our RV sites are thoughftully designed to offer plenty of space, comfort, and convenience for every guest.  Each site is well maintained, providing level pads, easy access, and room to relax without feeling crowded.  Whether you're staying for a night or an extended visit, you'll enjoy a clean, welcoming environment that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The stocked fishing pond at Lakeland RV Ranch is the heart of the property, blending nature and charm. A peaceful waterfall flows into the water, while a waterside performance stage sets the scene for unforgettable evenings. A pier stretches across the pond, leading to an island for the ducks, and the treetop viewing deck offers stunning views from above.

All of us understand the importance of a strong, stable internet connection at our locations.  We have installed, maintained and own our own private mesh system.  Upgrades are implemented frequently or as deemed necessary.

Our dog park is exceptional and fitted with implements that would be the envy of many municipalities.  We use a Kiddie Cushion base that is not only safe for pets but for little ones as well.

Lakeland’s state of the art "app" operated laundry room boasts commercial sized washers and dryers, clean epoxy floors, treadmill, plenty of table space, public restrooms, a TV.  The machines will even text you when your loads are finished. 

The clubhouse features high speed internet, (5) TV's strategically positioned, a pool table, coffee bar, computer bar, leather couches & unique seating, a restroom, exterior misters & fans, plenty of room to BBQ & watch the alpacas play.   The room is comfortable with central heat and AC or is capable of open air capability based on seasonal weather.  A "must see" building also available for rental.

Pet lovers enjoy our semi-open air dog wash facility with stainless tub, bead board and concrete finish out.  An outdoor shower, elevated tub, blow dryer fan and multiple lead hooks are available.

The 1200 sq. ft. under roof pavilion houses a full kitchen with a commercial cooler and 500lb ice maker.  There is a separate merchandise space inside along with spacious seating around the concrete and decomposed granite exterior patio area.  Watch acts on our performance stage and sip on your beverage of choice in country style.  Ask about renting this area for your private events.

Quaint, new metal and wood storage space, in varying size are available here at Lakeland.  Ask our manager about low monthly rates.

Lakeland RV Ranch offers unique structures and perspectives for a relaxed camping experience like no other.  The tree top patio offers a 20' high view of the pond and surrounding terrain.  A waterfall all colored lighting creates an ambience for your own private get-away or as many friends who will brave the spiral stairway towards heaven.

Being on the go is fun!  But when you gotta go and the bath is not available, it's not so fun!  So sprint over to our inviting public restrooms for instant relief in the cleanest of environments.
